Find the mod on the CKII Steam Workshop; Click "Subscribe"; Start CKII launcher. Under "Mods" tab, the new mod will appear at the bottom of the a red background (which does not reflect download progress !)

It was released in November 2015 to support Valve's Steam Machine and discontinued in November 2019. Development have since halted on all platforms.
