After this last update, I've subscribed my server to some mods on mod.io, the problem is some people, including me have been having this  Aug 1, 2017 Once we elect to install a mod, whether from the Downloads tab or the in the previous video, will download the mod to M.O.'s Downloads folder. install a mod from Steam, unsubscribe from it so that it cannot auto-update.

If it asks for a Nexus ID when you query info you can find a mods Nexus ID at the end of it's URL. So for example the Nexus ID for Campfire is 64798. I'm sorry I don't have an actual solution to your issue but this Mod Organizer v2.1.3 has been released, see the logs section for all the changes. Mod Organizer can't download from Nexus you can download mods manually, and (whilst zipped) Note: I haven't used MO, Nexus, or Skyrim for close to a year.
